This Billet Cap and CNC machined TSP head insert fits KTM/Husky/Gas Gas 300cc TBI Models 2024-on.
The models include:
KTM 300 XC-W 24-on
Husky TE 300 24-on
GasGas EC300 24-on

You will receive one (1) cylinder head & Insert for your make/model and a cylinder head o-ring and washer kit so you can bolt it straight on!

TSP head options are as follows:
- MEDIUM COMP – this head suits the majority of trail riders and hard enduro racers who want better bottom and mid power and a small gain up top as well. The power delivery is much stronger and more tractable than stock but still super smooth and suits a wide range of riding conditions. Works with 91 octane fuel.
- HIGH COMP – this head suits riders who want harder hitting power everywhere, especially down low. It completely transforms the TBI into a trail weapon. This head may push the limits of normal 91 octane pump fuel at sea level under certain extreme conditions, but it can be used in normal trail riding conditions safely in order to achieve maximum bottom/mid performance. This head can be used at elevations above 3,500′ to approximately replicate a medium compression head at sea level.
TSP Head/Insert work best when used together with an ECU reflash completing the package, and it is highly recommended doing an ECU tune at the same time as the head to get the best results. The TSP Power Kits provide the best overall solution for your TBI.
All TSP mods are designed and dyno tested in-house at TSP so you can be sure you’re getting reliable performance and a quality product.

The high comp head creates more low end torque compared with the stock head. The power comes on strong, smooth, and it’s very controllable. I highly recommend switching to the high comp head for hard enduro riding/racing. Add the new power valve cover for even more low end torque.
