By requesting us to perform any modification work to parts or engines you are therefore agreeing to the following terms

I understand that South Bay Moto Performance will not be held responsible for ANY damage, loss, injury or death resulting from performance modifications added to my vehicle beyond stock/original factory configuration. South Bay Moto Performance is a performance shop; therefore, the modifications added are decided upon by me, the owner, and I will take responsibility for any outcomes that may occur as a result. I understand that problems could arise from modifying my vehicle beyond stock, including reduced mechanical reliability, mechanical failure, or difficulty controlling the vehicle resulting in damage to property, personal injury, or death.

I understand these terms and accept that I am undertaking this modification work at my own risk and I, as the owner or owner’s authorized representative, release South Bay Moto Performance from any and all liability or claim that may arise through any loss, damage or injury incurred as a result of these modifications

I hereby authorize South Bay Moto Performance to perform the modifications as advertised or discussed and assume all responsibilities of the outcomes. I understand that the modifications I have selected may effect or void manufacturer warranty and accept such possibilities and assume sole responsibility for making these decisions. South Bay Moto Performance is not held accountable for any warranties that may be affected by modifications to your vehicle in any way.

I understand that any and all modifications I am authorizing to be performed by South Bay Moto Performance are to be used on off road motorcycles for closed course racing purposes only.

I understand that payment is due in full upon release of the vehicle or goods. I understand there could be unforeseeable complications during the modifications that could result in additional charges on my invoice and final bill. I agree to repay South Bay Moto Performance for all costs incurred in undertaking the modification and service work, including parts and labor.

I understand that South Bay Moto Performance will not be held responsible for loss or damage to the vehicle or parts left in our workshop in case of fire, theft, accident, or any other cause beyond our control.

I hereby authorize South Bay Moto Performance to contact me requesting testimonials and reviews of purchased products and feedback for use on the South Bay Moto Performance website and other forms of social media. This data will not be sold or traded to any outside company or interest.

South Bay Moto Performance will periodically send marketing emails to users that have requested to be included in newsletter subscriptions. Customers making purchases through the website will be automatically opted-in to the newsletter subscription list. All users will be presented with an unsubscribe link in marketing emails to allow exclusion from further communications.
