The TSP CNC Head Insert fits KTM/Husky/Gas Gas 250cc XC-W, TE and EC TBI Models 2024-on.

The models include:

• KTM 250 XC-W ’24-on
• Husky TE 250 ’24-on
• GasGas EC 250′ 24-on

This kit does not suit XC/SX/TC/TX/MC/EX Models.

You will receive one (1) cylinder head insert for your make/model, and a cylinder head o-ring and washer kit so you can bolt it straight on.

The TSP insert can be used in conjunction with the TSP Cap as a complete head, or you can use this insert inside your stock cap.

• Drastically improved throttle response in the whole RPM range
• Smoother throttle response and a more linear power delivery
• Much better part throttle power
• Much more enjoyable to ride

Our options are as follows:

• MEDIUM COMPRESSION: The new 250 XC-W Med comp insert is higher compression than stock with a much better overall design. It gives the engine a crisper, torquier feel and is suited to trail riders or racers. It is the best design to use for deep sand riding, or prolonged high speed riding, or for those riders who don’t need as much power gain as the High Comp head offers.
• HIGH COMPRESSION: The new 250 XC-W High comp design is higher compression than stock, and about as high as you can safely go at sea level with 91 pump gas. It is the best pick for the majority of riders and offers big gains in power from bottom to top. Riders using this head design with a TSP ECU tune will feel a huge difference to performance over stock. Suitable from sea level up, using normal pump 91 octane fuel.

Our Heads/Inserts work best when used together with an ECU reflash. It is highly recommended doing an ECU tune or purchasing an ERM at the same time to get the best results.

All TSP mods are designed and dyno tested in-house at TSP so you can be sure you’re getting reliable performance for local conditions.
