The TBI ERM Power Kit for 2024+ KTM/Husky/Gas Gas 250cc XC-W/TE/EC TBI (throttle body injection) includes a TSP ERM device, billet TSP head (cap and insert), a head O-ring & washer kit, and an NGK spark plug. TSP Power Kits offer the best performance gains for all late model fuel injected two strokes.

NOTE: With the purchase of an ERM, you DO NOT need to ship us your ECU. Once you receive the ERM, you will use the ERM to download the correct maps for your bike, and you will flash your own ECU using the ERM.

TSP TBI ERM Power Kit – 2024+ KTM/Husky/Gas Gas 250cc XC-W, TE and EC TBI Models

This package fits all 2024 KTM 250 XC-W, Husky 250 TE and Gas Gas EC 250 models with the new 250 TBI (Throttle body injection) engine.

The models include:

  • KTM 250 XC/W ’24-on
  • Husky TE 250 ’24-on
  • GasGas EC 250 ’24-on

This kit is not designed for XC/SX/TC/TX/MC/EX Models.

This 2024-on 250 XC-W package includes:

  • A Billet TSP Head (Cap and Insert). We offer several different compression ratios  to suit different riding conditions.
  • A TSP ERM which allows you to flash the necessary tune to your ECU. The ERM also allows simple adjustments to fuel, ignition and powervalve in case you want to make changes, plus its a valuable service tool allowing you to set the TPS and read/clear fault codes – check out the TSP ERM website.
  • Head O-ring & Washer Kit
  • New Iridium Spark plug

The 2024-on KTM 250 XC-W Bikes are OK off the factory floor, but like previous years of 250 XC-W bikes, they are quite soft at part throttle and respond extremely well to some sensible mods. Our head and ECU tune combination make a massive difference to the feel of these bikes, making them ride more like a ‘280’ than a 250. Once setup right this bike will do anything a 300 will do, but it feels more nimble, more revvy and isn’t as tiring to ride. At TSP we have often said that most riders would be better off on a well tuned 250 instead of a 300, and the new 2024-on 250EXC is no exception.

This package makes a huge difference to the 250 TBI over stock, with some key features being:

  • Drastically improved throttle response throughout the entire RPM range
  • More power everywhere, especially through the bottom/mid. This makes the bike much easier to ride in most conditions.
  • Both Green & White maps are tuned and the stock map switch works like normal to select between the customized maps. The Green map is Hard/Aggressive, the White map is Safer/Softer.
  • Smoother throttle response with a more linear power delivery
  • Better fueling; some areas are crisper than stock for better throttle response, and some areas are richer for improved reliability.
  • Mapping changes include significantly improved fuel, ignition, power valve, and oil settings for both the Green and White maps (Downloadable with the ERM)
  • ERM enables you the ability to make swift pre-set tune changes depending on conditions

As usual we offer a range of cylinder head options for this Power Kit:

  • MEDIUM COMPRESSION: The new 250 XC-W medium comp insert is higher compression than stock with a much better overall design. It gives the engine a crisper, torquier feel and is suited to trail riders or racers. It is the best design to use for deep sand riding, or prolonged high speed riding, or for those riders who don’t need as much power gain as the High Comp head offers.
  • HIGH COMPRESSION: The new 250 XC-W high comp design is higher compression than stock, and about as high as you can safely go at sea level with 91 pump gas. It is the best pick for the majority of riders and offers big gains in power from bottom to top. Riders using this head design with a TSP ECU tune will feel a huge difference to performance over stock. Suitable from sea level up, using normal pump 91 octane fuel.

All TSP mods are designed and dyno tested in-house at TSP so you can be sure you’re getting reliable performance for local conditions.
