TSP Power Kit Carb for 2024+ KTM SX, Husky TC, and GasGas MC 65cc Models

Our TSP Power Kits for 65cc carb bikes combine all the necessary elements to get maximum performance and reliability from your engine without the need for internal engine mods.

Fits the following models:

• KTM 65 SX 2024-on
• Husky TC 65 2024-on
• GasGas MC 65 2024-on

After more than a decade of building high performance engines for riders all over the world we set our sights on creating the best bolt-on packages using the wealth of knowledge we had built up from all the years of dyno and track testing. These kits are designed from the beginning so that every part works together to achieve maximum results – they are not just a selection of random components pulled off the shelf. Instead, we design and manufacture the head from scratch to achieve a specific power target, then choose the best pipe to compliment the spread of power we are hoping to achieve, and finally create an ignition curve that works in harmony with the fuel and combustion chamber design to extract maximum performance. All of our TSP Power Kits are extensively dyno and track tested and include notes on power valve and carb setup

We spent many track days and over 300 dyno runs to create this package.

This 65cc kit fits KTM, Husky and GasGas 65 models from 2024-on and includes the following components:

• 2-piece complete TSP Billet Head, anodized in factory-look bronze & insert with required cylinder head o-rings
• TSP CDI unit programmed with TSP race map
• New race spark plug and spark plug cap
• Recommended jetting specifications*

You must upgrade to the new spark plug R7282-10 and spark plug cap when using our TSP head as we change the plug sizing.

All TSP mods are designed and dyno tested in-house at TSP so you can be sure you’re getting reliable performance for local conditions. We have had this package running on race tracks around the country for over several months now to prove the performance and reliability and can assure you that this package will outperform any other kit containing similar components.
