TSP CNC Head – KTM/Husky 150 TBI Models

The TSP CNC Head for 150 TBI models features an improved combustion chamber design that gives more performance throughout the rev range as well as reduced risk of detonation. It has been designed and tested to work with 91+ octane fuel. The head comes with a complete head gasket kit.  It is highly recommended to run this TSP head along with the TSP ECU re-flash tune or ERM Device.

All TSP 150 heads and inserts are designed to run an NGK BPR9EIX spark plug. Highly recommended. You can add up to 5 below.

TSP CNC Head – KTM/Husky 150 TBI Models

This Billet Cap and CNC machined TSP head insert is designed for KTM 150 XC-W and Husky 150 TE 2024-on models with the new 150 TBI (Throttle body injection) engine.

This will not fit 150 SX/XC Models

You will receive one (1) cylinder head & Insert for your make/model and a cylinder head o-ring and washer kit so you can bolt it straight on!

Our key TSP Head features are:

  • Improved throttle performance in the entire RPM range
  • Smoother throttle response and a more linear power delivery
  • Improved combustion chamber design that gives more performance from bottom to top
  • Reduced risk of detonation

The head/insert is highly recommended to be used in conjunction with our TSP tune for optimal results

All TSP mods are designed and dyno tested in-house at TSP so you can be sure you’re getting reliable performance for local conditions.
