You will receive one (1) cylinder head insert for your make/model. Please be sure to specify your make/model/year in the Model Validator to ensure proper fitment. All TSP heads and inserts now include a complete head gasket kit including inner and out cylinder o-rings and head bolt crush washers. Everything you need to install your new TSP head or insert with all new o-rings and seals.

This CNC machined TSP head insert suits KTM 85 SX and Husky TC 85 2018-on models and fits into the stock cylinder head outer part. It makes a huge difference to performance throughout the rev range and is easily one of the best value for money mods for the 85 for MX or off-road racing.

This head insert is designed to work with a raised cylinder height and includes the required base gaskets to set the correct cylinder height. It features an improved combustion chamber design that gives more performance throughout the rev range as well as reduced risk of detonation. It has been designed and tested to work with 91 octane fuel.
