TSP Cylinder Head Insert for 2009-2023 KTM/Husky/GasGas 65cc Models

** THIS TSP 65 INSERT MUST BE USED WITH TSP HEAD CAP **

This CNC machined TSP head insert fits 2009 – 2023 KTM/Husky/GasGas 65cc Models . It is designed to work with the stock base gasket design and gives a big boost to power throughout the rev range.

Specific models suitable are:

• KTM SX 65 2009-2023
• Husky TC 65 2009-2023
• GasGas MC 65 2021-2023

TSP Inserts are only compatible with TSP Heads. They cannot be used with a stock OEM head. Once you’ve upgraded to a TSP Head, inserts can be swapped to achieve different power characteristics and optimize performance for your riding style, terrain, elevation, and fuel requirements.

You will receive one insert for your make/model, and a cylinder head o-ring and washer kit so you can bolt it straight on!

TSP Head Insert key features are:

• Improved throttle performance in the whole RPM range
• Smoother throttle response
• Improved combustion chamber design that gives more performance from bottom to top
• Reduced risk of detonation

You must upgrade to the new spark plug R7282-10 and spark plug cap when using our TSP head as we change the plug sizing.

All TSP mods are designed and dyno tested in-house at TSP so you can be sure you’re getting reliable performance for local conditions.
