TSP Cylinder Head Insert – 2024 + KTM/Husky/GasGas 65cc Models

** THIS MUST BE USED WITH A TSP HEAD CAP **

This CNC machined TSP head insert fits 2024+ KTM/Husky/GasGas 65cc Models. It is designed to work with the stock base gasket design and gives a big boost to power throughout the rev range. This TSP insert must be used with TSP head cap.  This TSP insert will not fit the OEM head cap.

Specific models suitable are:

• KTM SX 65 2024+
• Husky TC 65 2024+
• GasGas MC 65 2024+

You will receive one insert for your make/model, and a cylinder head o-ring and washer kit so you can bolt it straight on with your TSP head cap!

TSP Head Insert features are:

• Improved throttle performance in the whole RPM range
• Smoother throttle response
• Improved combustion chamber design that gives more performance from bottom to top
• Reduced risk of detonation

You must upgrade to the new spark plug R7282-10 and spark plug cap when using our TSP head as we change the plug sizing.

This head works amazingly with our TSP tuned CDI ignition box. The TSP Power Kit for 2024+ KTM/Husky/GasGas 65cc carb models is also available with all of the needed components!

All TSP mods are designed and dyno tested in-house at TSP so you can be sure you’re getting reliable performance for local conditions.
