The TSP ERM – ECU Reflash Module – is for select 2017+ KTM/Husky/GasGas 350 and 500 4 stroke models. All models require an adapter cable. Be sure to select the cable in the purchase options.
Please note for USA Enduro four stroke bikes: These bikes will need to be de-restricted to suit our tunes, which requires a reed block removal, and a silencer replacement/upgrade. Our tunes are not designed for restricted bikes.
All TSP ERMs come with the TSP ERM Device, Handlebar Mounting Kit, USB Power Cable, and the Rain & Dust Cover included!
Our tuning package will achieve the following:
- Fewer flame outs
- More power at all throttle positions (compared to stock AU/EU models, which are already much more powerful than stock US models).
- Increased RPM limit
- Smoother power delivery on/off throttle, especially at low revs
- Easier to get the power to the ground
- Can often carry a gear higher in difficult conditions
- Ability to adjust throttle response and engine breaking amount via a slider on the ERM
- Each FSP tune includes both a Green and White map. Green is tuned and more aggressive. White is softer and safer.
- Gear specific tuning included in every FSP tune. We tune high and low gears differently to achieve the best combination of power and smoothness. This applies to both White and Green maps and makes a huge difference to on/off throttle smoothness in tough conditions.
- Traction control (TC) is enabled in all FSP tunes.
- Maps and TC can be activated by an OEM map switch or by the ERM, even on US models that do not have provision for a map switch in the wiring harness. The ERM does not need to remain connected after making a Map/TC selection, it will remember the map/TC setting you’ve selected then you can remove the ERM from the bars.
- View live engine data including RPM, Throttle, Intake pressure, coolant temp, battery voltage, ignition angle and current map.
- There will be multiple tune options to choose from the stock exhaust or an aftermarket option
- Service and diagnostic functions that are normally found on dealer level equipment included with every ERM:
- Read/clear fault codes
- Operate the fuel pump
- Operate an injector
- Fire a spark plug
- Control the cooling fan activation temp.
The ERM allows quick and easy fine tuning of fuel, ignition, throttle response and engine braking on select 4 stroke models. The FSP tune will run great without additional tuning, but if you want to optimize the tune for your individual style you can do so safely and you can always go back to the stock or base FSP tune. Adjustments via the ERM can make a huge difference to the feel and rideability of your engine, allowing you to go from mild to wild in a flash.
2017-2020 USA Delivered models: The ERM with the FSP tune will allow owners of these bikes the ability to switch between a soft and hard FSP map via the ERM, and also have access to turn on traction control. This is a huge upgrade to these models as they only come with one map from the factory as they do not have provision for a map switch on the wiring harness. This is not currently offered by anyone else on the market.
Please ensure you update your ERM to v3.0.1+ firmware to ensure you get access to all of the features
Introducing the new TSP ERM v3
The most exciting new product TSP has ever created brings new levels of tunability to the current generation of two and four stroke dirtbikes. Tuning these high tech machines has become out of reach of the average rider or home mechanic, but we are about to put the power back in your hands!
Designed with the future in mind, it was created for current KTM Group TPI, TBI and the Sherco 2 stroke carb models. New ERMs built from 2025 on which have a fourth, female 2-pin connector are also compatible with KTM/Husky/GasGas 4-stroke models.
The ERM comes standard with a downloadable FSP Tune to suit your bike! Your FSP Tune can be downloaded free of charge after the device has been registered on our ERM website.
The TSP ECU Reflash Module, or ERM for short (Patent Pending #2023901865), is a powerful handheld tuning and diagnostic tool packed full of ground-breaking features!
The ERM can be mounted to the handlebars to view live data while doing testing, but it does not need to be mounted to the bike at all times, or even at all! The ECU can be re-flashed and saved with the changes made, and then the ERM can be packed away safely. The ECU tuned with whatever changes saved will stay on the ECU unless you plug the ERM back in and make more changes.
Tuning Features
![]() | ![]() |
- The ERM can store two TSP tunes plus the Original tune on the ERM (comes with one free TSP tune)
- Original tune can be flashed back to the ECU at any time, as often as you want but it cannot be modified.
- Original tune is automatically saved to our server during pairing to the ECU
- If you have two TSP Tunes saved on the ERM, both can be modified by the user through Basic, Pro or Pro+ modes (Pro and Pro+ Additional extras)
- Your ERM can only be paired to one ECU at a time
Basic Tuning
Basic Tuning is standard on all ERMs. It gives every user the ability to make simple but effective changes to maps:
- Basic Tuning allows every user to make changes to both map 1 and map 2 of each tuned TSP tune, according to RPM and Throttle
- Basic Tuning comes with several preset adjustments (richer, leaner, softer, aggressive) which can be selected by the user.
- Basic Tuning also allows every user to make customized adjustments to fuel, ignition, engine braking and throttle response
- Limits to changes apply: Fuel +/- 10% | Ignition +3/-5 Degrees | Engine Braking +5/-5 | Throttle Response +5/-5
Tune fuel, ignition, engine braking and throttle response anywhere, anytime!

Advanced Tune Settings
Advanced Tune Settings is a standard feature on all ERM which allows modification of advanced parameters that suit riders in specific scenarios.
Fan Activation Threshold |
This setting determines the activation temperature of the cooling fan. Stock is 85 – 90°c / 185 – 195°F depending on the model, and the fan will turn off 5°c / 10°F below the on temperature threshold.
Dash Data
View live high speed engine data streamed directly from the ECU

4T Dash Screens
Dash display Parameters: RPM, relative throttle, absolute throttle, map choice, coolant temp, crankcase pressure, ignition advance and battery voltage
Map Indicator and Selector
The bar at the bottom of the dash pages displays Grey or Green to indicate which map has been selected. As of ERM Firmware v3.0.1 it is possible as well to switch between green and white maps, enable/disable traction control and enable/disable quickshift (24-on models only) from the third dash screen. Quickshift is automatically enabled for all 2024-on models without the need to take the bike to a dealer!
