TSP CNC Head Insert for KTM SX/XC, Husky TX/TC, and GasGas MC 150cc TBI Models

This CNC machined TSP head insert is designed for KTM 150 SX/XC, Husky 150 TX/TC, and GasGas 150 MC 2025-on models with the new 150 TBI (Throttle body injection) engine. This insert will fit into the stock cylinder head outer part (cap).

This will not suit 150 SX/XC Models

You will receive one (1) cylinder head insert for your make/model, and a cylinder head o-ring and washer kit so you can bolt it straight on!

Our key TSP insert features are:

• Improved throttle performance in the entire RPM range
• Smoother throttle response
• Improved combustion chamber design that gives more performance from bottom to top
• Reduced risk of detonation

If you are deciding between our Head/Insert or an ERM unit, it is advised that you go for our ERM unit first. The ECU flash will enable larger gains than this head by itself as the standard ignition curves are quite soft. There are gains to be made by just swapping the insert especially with additional smoothness, but this is best complimented with the ECU flash so you get the most out of the head design. Fitting our ECU Flash and Insert/Head at the same time will offer much better performance gains over stock, and the package can be viewed in our TBI Power Kits Section.

All TSP mods are designed and dyno tested in-house at TSP so you can be sure you’re getting reliable performance for local conditions.
