TSP CNC Cylinder Head for 2018+ Yamaha YZ65

This cylinder head is designed for the newer generation Yamaha YZ65 2018–2026 models.

This head delivers improved performance across the entire RPM range due to our improved combustion design. For the absolute best results, we recommend using it in combination with a DOMA pipe system and a TSP-tuned ignition as seen via the dyno graph.

TSP’s proven combustion chamber designs are a must-have upgrade for many current model off-road bikes. These designs have been used by hundreds of satisfied customers and have been extensively tested on the dyno, consistently delivering increased power throughout the rev range, particularly in the bottom and mid-range. Additional benefits include improved fuel economy, a reduced risk of detonation, increased top-end life on many models, and a smoother, more controllable power delivery.

Our billet cylinder head has been 100% developed, machined, and tested in-house at TSP. It is also used at a high level as part of our complete Power Kit package.

These billet heads are designed to bolt directly onto the standard cylinder and are intended to work with the standard base gasket setup.

Baseline jetting recommendations will be provided on your invoice to suit your new billet head. Please note that the customer is responsible for ensuring the final jetting setup is appropriate for their riding style, fuel, elevation, temperature, and riding conditions.
