NGK Spark Plug for 2025+ 85cc Carb with TSP Head

This NGK Racing Spark Plug is not an OEM replacement plug. This plug fits 2025+ KTM 85SX, Husky TC85, GasGas MC85 models fitted with the TSP CNC Head and Insert.

This specialty spark plug is required when running the TSP head as a larger thread plug is used. this plug must be used in combination with special Spark Plug Cap, sold separately.  This spark plug cannot be used with the stock OEM spark plug cap.

NGK Racing Series plugs are engineered to withstand the harshest engine conditions. Fine wire iridium tipped center electrode and platinum tipped ground electrode improve ignitability, increase durability and enhance anti fouling capabilities. Special insulator nose configurations improve throttle response. Corrugated ribs prevent flashover. Pure alumina silicate ceramic insulator, provides superior strength and better heat transfer. Copper core aids in heat removal. Triple seals prevent leakage. This is a specialty plug that can withstand the high demands of extended high RPM’s typically seen by a small bore 85.
