TSP Ignition for 2018-2024 KTM/Husky/GasGas 85cc Models with 12 Degree Piston

Note: For use with TSP 12 Degree piston configuration only. Not compatible with standard piston setups.

• Husky TC85 2018-2024
• GasGas MC85 2021-2024

This ignition kit is designed specifically for the 2018-2024 KTM 85SX, Husqvarna TC85, and 2021-2024 Gas Gas MC85 models. It’s been extensively tested and performs best when run with our TSP 12 Degree Billet Head and Insert for a complete bolt-on performance package. We also offer a complete 12 Degree Power Kit for a full power upgrade!

Each ignition comes pre-loaded with custom TSP ignition maps, developed to deliver consistent gains in throttle response and power delivery. This system is designed to be run exclusively with our 12 Degree head and insert and matching piston design. If you’re currently running a stock head or piston, we strongly recommend upgrading to the TSP configuration before installing this ignition.

While this ignition may function with other aftermarket heads, we haven’t tested it outside of our own setup and can’t guarantee results or safety when used with non-TSP components. For best results, use it as part of our complete package built specifically for 85cc 2-stroke performance.
