TSP ERM Power Kit TBI for 2025+ KTM/Husky/GasGas 150 SX/XC/TX/TC/MC TBI Models
This TSP TBI Power Kit fits 2025+ KTM SX/TC, Husqvarna TX/TC, and GasGas MC 150 models with the new 150 TBI (Throttle body injection) engine. See our listing for 150 XC-W/TE models here.
This package includes:
- A TSP ERM with TSP ERM Rain & Dust Cover – which allows you to flash the necessary tune to your ECU. The ERM also allows simple adjustments to fuel, ignition and power valve in case you want to make changes, plus its a valuable service tool allowing you to set the TPS and read/clear fault codes – See more information on the TSP ERM website.
- A new 2 piece TSP billet cylinder head. We currently offer a single compression ratio which is higher than stock but still very safe for 91 octane pump fuel
- Head O-ring & Washer Kit
- NGK spark plug suited for the TSP tune and head
This package makes a huge difference to the 150 TBI over stock, with some key features being:
- Improved performance through the whole RPM range
- Over 42hp up top with more overrev and super strong bottom/mid.
- Significant mid-top RPM performance with more over-rev
- The ERM allows you to make swift pre-set tune changes to suit local conditions
- Both Green & White maps are tuned and the stock map switch works like normal to select between the customised maps.

This package works extremely well with the DOMA or Oxa exhaust system.
This kit not only gives you the best performance on the market for the best price, but also allows you to make track-side adjustments to fuel, ignition and power valve using our ERM. This is a MUST for a 150 SX/XC as they do require adjustment throughout the season for changing track conditions and engine wear. These 150 models experience lean symptoms as the engine wears, and this can happen as early as 5 hours run-time for top level riders. This is due to the the crankcase pressure sensor trying to make fueling changes due to incorrect measurements from engine blow-by, which can make the bike run dangerously lean. In this example, having our TSP ERM you can easily add a few more percent to the fuel table to keep your bike safe as your engine wears.
It features an improved combustion chamber design that gives more performance from bottom to top as well as reduced risk of detonation.
All TSP mods are designed and dyno tested in-house at TSP so you can be sure you’re getting reliable performance for local conditions.
