TSP 12 Degree Top End Rebuild Kit – 2025+ KTM, Husky and GasGas 85cc Carb Models

*** THIS IS FOR A 12 DEGREE PISTON KIT – THIS WILL NOT FIT A STANDARD HEAD. MUST BE USED WITH A HEAD DESIGN SPECIFICALLY FOR 12 DEGREE PISTON SETUPS ***

This TSP top end rebuild kit will fit KTM 85 SX, Husky TC 85 and GasGas MC 85 models from 2025 onward with a 12 degree head design. You will receive the correct parts for your make/model. Kits for 2018-2024 models are also available.

NOTE: 2025+ KTM, Husky and GasGas 85cc models run 0.01mm size larger stock piston than previous years model. Piston size ‘B’ will be the same size an OEM ‘A/Group 1’ for a 2025+ model. For example, your first rebuild with be a ‘B’ not an A.

It includes:

• ‘B’ Piston kit in 12 degree. Piston kit includes rings, pin, circlips and a high quality cast piston with anti-friction coating. These pistons are made by Meteor in Italy and are THE BEST available.
• Top end gasket kit. Packed especially for TSP. Includes a selection of base gaskets, powervalve cover gaskets and O rings… all O rings are the correct size and made from the correct material, unlike the cheaper aftermarket kits. (comes with a 0.25,0.30,0.50,0.60 and 0.80mm thicknesses)
• Little end bearing. Made in Japan.

TSP Select rebuild kits are put together by TSP using parts sourced direct from OEM manufacturers in Japan and Europe. The parts we select are THE BEST available for each make/model and many are the exact same parts as the genuine items. All TSP Select rebuild kits are kept in stock at TSP.

Piston sizing: ideally you should measure your bore with a dial gauge to work out the correct piston sizing. If you cannot do this then a rough rule of thumb is use a B size under 60 hours of engine run time and use a C size over 60 hours of engine run time.
