TSP Power Kit Carb for Yamaha YZ125 (2006–2021) & YZ125X (2006–2022)

This is one of the first packages available for the new YZ125 anywhere in the world. The new 2022 model already offers better mid-range and peak power than the previous generation of YZ125 (approx 1hp in both mid and peak power), however our Power Kit takes the 2022 bike to the next level!

This easy to install package of a TSP Billet Head, a TSP Ignition, plus notes with suggested jetting specs makes a huge difference to the performance of the new YZ125! It offers approx 1.5-2hp more through the mid and almost 3hp more at peak on an otherwise stock bike. On the track it accelerates off the line way faster and pulls way harder out of corners than a stock bike.

We have done extensive dyno testing to come up with the ideal combination of combustion chamber design and ignition curve to extract the maximum performance from this engine. Our package offers higher performance than any other aftermarket product and does not risk reliability (assuming jetting is kept appropriate for the riding conditions). Plus future rebuilds are simple as the engine maintains all of its original standard rebuild parts (piston, gaskets, etc).

This YZ125 kit suits the current new 2022 models and features:

• a TSP Billet Head anodised in TSP bronze
• a TSP CDI/Ignition unit programmed with a TSP Race map

This Billet machined head feature TSP’s proven combustion chamber design and are a must have mod for most current model off-road bikes. Our previous combustion chamber designs have been used by hundreds of happy customers and have been extensively dyno tested. The gains are consistent and include: increased power throughout the rev range (especially bottom/mid), improved fuel economy, greatly reduced risk of detonation, increased top end life in many models, and much smother power delivery.
