TSP Ignition for 2025+ KTM/Husky/GasGas 85cc Models with 12 Degree Piston

This ignition system is built for performance and precision – designed specifically for 2025+ KTM 85 SX, Husqvarna TC 85, and GasGas MC 85 models. It’s been thoroughly tested with the TSP 12 Degree Billet Head and Insert, TSP 12 Degree piston kit, delivering serious bolt-on gains in throttle response and top-end power.

Each unit comes pre-programmed with custom TSP ignition maps, developed in-house for use with our 12 Degree piston and head combo. If your bike is running the stock piston or head, we strongly recommend upgrading to the full TSP Power Kit setup before installing this ignition.

While it may operate with other aftermarket heads, this ignition is designed and calibrated specifically for use with TSP components. For best results – and to ensure reliability and safety – pair this ignition with our complete head and piston package.
