TSP CNC 12 Degree Cylinder Head for 2025+ KTM/Husky/GasGas 85 SX/TC/MC Models

*** This is a 12 degree head style – Must be used with 12 degree pistons ***

This complete cylinder head (cap and insert) fits 2025+ KTM 85 SX, Husky TC 85, and GasGas 85 MC models. This head kit includes the following:

• Complete TSP head (Cap and Insert)
• Complete head gasket kit with inner and outer orings, and 6 copper crush washers
• 2 x base gaskets which are required to be fitted together under the cylinder in order to achieve the necessary cylinder height and correct squish clearance.
• New NGK spark plug and spark plug cap, which is required to run this TSP head.

This 12 degree kit is slightly more refined and offers more performance over our standard 85 head kit. This configuration is also available in the TSP 12 Degree Power Kit for a discounted price.

Our new TSP billet cylinder heads are machined from solid 6061 T6 stock and offer improved performance, reliability and fuel economy. They are the best bolt on mod you can buy for your bike! Each complete head includes a ‘Cap’ which offers improved strength over stock with a factory anodized appearance, plus a combustion chamber ‘Insert’ designed to achieve max performance.

These billet machined 2 piece heads feature TSP’s proven combustion chamber designs and are a MUST HAVE mod for most current model offroad bikes. Our combustion chamber designs have been used by thousands of happy customers and have been extensively dyno tested. The gains are consistent and include: increased power throughout the rev range, improved fuel economy, greatly reduced risk of detonation, improved engine life, and much smoother power delivery. We also have a large number of riders reporting much cooler running temps under normal riding conditions.

2025 models MUST run the BR9ECM spark plug and special spark plug cap with this head as the OEM spark plug thread is smaller on the 2025 models.

The unique billet design has been 100% developed and tested in-house by TSP in Australia.

This head is available with the following combustion chamber option:

HIGH COMPRESSION: This combustion chamber design is higher compression than stock and requires a thicker base gasket stack than stock to achieve the correct squish clearance (base gaskets are supplied). It is suited to 91 octane fuel near sea level with appropriate jetting. It gives a very noticeable increase to power throughout the rev range, resulting in much better pull out of corners, improved starts off the line and faster speeds down the straights.

Riders who want maximum performance above what this head offers should consider fitting our Power Kit which also includes a TSP ignition. This package turns the stock 85 into a weapon and matches many ‘ported’ engines for overall performance.
