The ERMs arrive to our customers blank. There is some computer work required to get the ERM ready to pair with your bike. If you want us to register the device, and download the maps for you, we charge a $30 service fee, and when you receive your ERM, it will be ready to “pair” to your bike. Video instructions are provided for customers who want to save the $30, and set the device up themselves.
SBMP will create a TSP account for you and download and install the required software. Your ERM will arrive to you ready to ride!

This tune made the bike run way better. I rode it 15 feet and immediately noticed a difference. It is more linear, there is a little more top end peak power as well. The bike is very crisp and I can roll onto the throttle at any rpm with out hesitation or burble like before. I am so happy with how the bike is performing now as a whole.

Everything was turn key and painless. Highly recommend having them set your ERM up before shipping and is a great value to have them do it.

I built a TC300 for snowbiking and paired it with the TSP power kit and the MX tune. Running long pulls at wot, I wanted to run 32:1. The ERM and Southbay customer service helped me fine tune my bike to my unique application. I love being able to make small adjustments so effortlessly.
